You say it's wireless - How many wires does it really have?
If the transmitter is plugged into a computer or other device using the USB connection – THERE ARE NO WIRES AT ALL.
If you are using an iPod there is only 1 wire and that is the one powering the transmitter docking station – it uses a conventional adaptor which reduces the mains voltage of 240v ac to 12v dc. If you want to use another music source there is just 1 additional wire from the aux out socket of the device to the docking station using a 3.5mm jack cable
The speakers are battery powered and recharged on the docking station – so they don't have any wires or even plugs or sockets – they re–charge almost magically on the docking station.
The speakers can then be moved anywhere within range WITHOUT ANY WIRES.
